Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Health Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
