Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Umber Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification.
