Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

Bright West Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
