Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Glen Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tulsa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
