Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Tucson design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
