Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tucson and nearby communities, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
