Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Tucson working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification.
