Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tucson, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
