Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

Nova Rook Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Toledo region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
