Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
