Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Yarrow Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
