Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Toledo design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
