Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

Summit Ember Staffing is a Toledo staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving retention. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
