Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Harbor Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Toledo design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
