Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Beacon Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Toledo area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
