What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
