Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ticketing. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
