Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

Summit Linden Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
