Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
