Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Basin Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
