Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Lantern Manufacturing makes precision components in Tampa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
