Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Nest Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification.
