Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Nova Forge Energy Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
