Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Field Community Partners Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
