Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Tampa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
