Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Partners works with county and city offices around Tampa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving constituent requests. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
