Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Willow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Tampa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
