Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Pine Water Authority Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
