Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Junction Community Partners Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
