Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tampa supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
