Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Stone Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
