Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Beacon Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
