Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Umber Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
