Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Basin Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around St. Louis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
