Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Nova Union Hospitality and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
