Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Maple Water Authority and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 752 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
