Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Stone Civic Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
