Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
