Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Timber Medical Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
