Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Spokane area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
