Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

Summit Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Spokane region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
