Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Kestrel Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
