Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality is a hospitality company in Spokane with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
