Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
