Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
