Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Willow Housing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
