Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving public records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
