Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Junction Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
