Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Summit Umber Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Savannah, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
