Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Meridian Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
